Following the recent election for a Parent Governor Mr Darren Argrave was elected having received the most votes. ~ Students aged 16 can no longer ride motorbikes or scooters to school due to the preparation of the site for building works.
SCHOOL TRAVEL PLAN Firstly a big thank you to all those parents who took the time to complete the parental survey before Christmas. We received a huge number of returns, and together with the results from the student survey undertaken earlier, has been really useful in putting together our action plan as part of the School Travel Plan. The School Travel Plan is an important document because as well as informing the school of our own priorities when looking at facilities and safety around the school site, it must be considered in the event of changes to roads and new building developments. The School Travel Plan will play an important role in making sure our new school is built with sustainable transport and safe access in mind. A group of Year 8 students have been working with me to put together the action plan. A full copy of the School Travel Plan will be available shortly Mr E Martin
